Hernando has over twenty-five years experience as a designer, builder, project manager and project coordinator for, commercial projects, high-rise buildings, multi-use developments and high-end Custom Houses in the US and Colombia. His involvement on the design/documentation side of the project as well as the construction administration side adds continuity to the process, improves communication, and facilitates knowledge transfer through the life of the project.
